This year has been crap and just doesn't show signs of getting better. So far we have had almost $3000 in car repair expenses, 1 trip to the emergency room and a few day stay in the hospital, issues with our new couch and with Lazy-Boys repair people. This weekend saw Jan's car crap out again ($500), I applied an update to the database at work per supports request that has taken the database down, and while trivial to some I had craptacular brew session on Saturday.

The brew session started of with missing parts from the move and then one of my burners crapped out. Between me and the wife there were 3 trips to Northern Brewer at a cost of $100. Then to top it off a neighbor stopped by to see what I was doing. While talking with him I mixed up the wrong hop combination so I have no clue what the 1st batch at the new house is going to taste like. With my luck it will be the best beer ever and I'll have no way of recreate it. 

Things have to get better right, please someone say right.
